Felisa graduated from Palau Community College with a degree in tourism and hospitality. She has worked with the Palau International Coral Reef Research Center (PICRC) and the Palau Conservation Society (PCS), leading a rodent eradication project on Sonsorol Island. Felisa’s passion is in helping communities deter threats to their livelihoods. She joined the Helen Reef program as an education and awareness officer. Recently she was appointed to lead the OneReef Keystone Project for Helen Reef. Felisa is very active in community activities including her women’s group from Sonsorol and Hatohobei.
