This past year, OneReef created a Science Advisory Board (SAB), whose mission is to provide guidance and scientific advice to support and evaluate the success of OneReef’s advancement towards its objectives and impact goals. We are grateful to our esteemed colleagues who have joined our SAB: Dr. Lida Teneva, Dr. Stuart Sandin, Dr. Michael Webster, Dr. Greg Asner, Dr. Alan Friedlander, and Dr. Bernie Tershy
OneReef would also like to congratulate Dr. Lida Teneva, the Chair of the SAB, who was just appointed the Chapter Leader for the Nature & Ecosystems chapter of the Sixth National Climate Assessment. An effort supported by the U.S. Global Change Research Program, the National Climate Assessment is the U.S. Government’s premier report on climate change impacts, risks, and adaptation across the nation. It is an interagency effort, bringing together hundreds of experts from federal, state, and local governments, as well as the academic, non-profit, and private sectors.
