Sunshine G. Ngirmidol

Sunshine holds degrees in Library Science and Liberal Arts and brings over 25 years of experience in education, public health, administration, and community initiatives. She began her career as a Library Technician at Palau Community College, supporting academic resources and promoting lifelong learning. She later served 15 years as the Professional Development Coordinator at the Ministry of Health and Human Services, where she led nationwide training for health professionals, oversaw HR functions, and managed federally funded programs such as the Hospital Preparedness Program and EMSC. Currently, Sunshine is dedicated to conservation and cultural preservation, advancing community resilience, environmental stewardship, and traditional knowledge. Her work continues to strengthen local capacity and protect Palau’s heritage for future generations.
